  2. After you have applied please email our fingerprint office at [email protected] to request our online substitute packet. The substitute packet will be sent by email.
  3. After completing all forms included in the packet, click on the How to Get My Fingerprint Appointment Set Up form. This will give instructions to set up your fingerprint appointment.
